1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuillSwitch's CRM migration platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services
QuillSwitch provides white-label CRM migration services for agencies and consultancies. Our services include data migration, workflow translation, data validation, and adoption tracking tools.
3. Partner Responsibilities
As a partner, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper authorization from your clients before initiating migrations
- Ensuring accurate information in project scoping
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
4. Data Handling
We access CRM data solely for the purpose of performing migrations. We use OAuth-based authentication and do not store CRM passwords. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. White-Label Rights
Partners may present QuillSwitch-powered migrations under their own branding. We will not contact your clients directly or disclose our involvement without your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuillSwitch provides rollback capabilities for migrations. However, we are not liable for data loss resulting from client-side CRM misconfigurations or unauthorized access to your account.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will complete any in-progress migrations and delete associated data per our retention policy.
