Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QuillSwitch, you agree to these terms. Using on behalf of an org means you have authority to bind that org.

2. Services

White-label CRM migration for agencies: data migration, workflow translation, validation, and adoption tracking. CRM connections facilitated through Nango. We maintain internal contingencies to ensure service continuity in the event of any third-party provider disruption.

3. Partner Responsibilities

• Obtain client authorization before migrations
• Provide accurate scoping info
• Keep credentials confidential
• Comply with applicable data protection laws

4. Data Handling

All CRM connections managed through Nango. No passwords or credentials stored. Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Not retained post-migration unless explicitly requested.

5. White-Label Rights

Brand migrations as your own. We won't contact your clients or disclose our involvement without consent.

6. Payment Terms

Billed per migration, payment due upfront. Specific pricing and conditions finalized at time of purchase. Refunds issued only in the event of a breach of service by QuillSwitch, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rollback capabilities provided. Not liable for data loss from client-side misconfigs or unauthorized account access. In the event of a third-party service disruption, QuillSwitch will make reasonable efforts to complete migrations using internal contingency systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Partners will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

30 days written notice from either party. In-progress migrations completed, data deleted per retention policy.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
