Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and company information.
CRM Data: During migrations, we temporarily access and process CRM data through secure OAuth connections. We do not store your CRM credentials—we use OAuth tokens that can be revoked at any time.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform to improve our services.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). CRM data is processed in isolated environments and is not retained after migration completion unless explicitly requested.
Data Retention
Migration data is retained for 30 days after project completion to support any rollback needs, then permanently deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can revoke CRM access tokens at any time through your CRM provider's settings.
