QuillSwitch is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our CRM migration platform.
Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email, and company info on signup. Stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase.
CRM Data
Accessed on your behalf through Nango, our third-party API integration provider. We do not store your CRM credentials or maintain direct CRM connections. Authentication and token management are handled entirely by Nango. CRM data passes through our platform only during an active migration and is not retained after completion unless explicitly requested.
Usage Data
We do not collect, store, or train on your data. We do not use your CRM data or migration data for any purpose beyond executing the migration you initiate. Platform-level analytics (such as page visits) may be collected by Vercel, our hosting provider, solely for infrastructure performance purposes.

Data Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Isolated processing environments, no retention post-migration unless requested.
Data Retention
Migration data kept 30 days post-completion for rollback, then permanently deleted. Account info retained while account is active.
Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete personal information at any time. Revoke CRM access through Nango connection settings or directly through your CRM provider.
